Learn how yoga can protect your body, balance ballet movements, and prevent injuries with simple, effective stretches.
� Week 2: Breath work & Stress Management
Discover the power of breathing for focus, calm, and performance—whether in practice, on stage, or during competitions.
� Week 3: Practical Closing Session
Enjoy a full yoga class designed for dancers, practice breathing techniques, and end with a guided meditation for relaxation and confidence.
� Expect an interactive, fun, and practical workshop blending yoga and ballet, with tools you can take home and use for life!
