Every Saturday afternoon, guests are welcomed to a leisurely luncheon centred around flavour, craft, and setting.
From 2 PM to 5 PM, the terrace at Meliá Desert Palm becomes the stage for Rubia Gallega’s signature Asado. Premium cuts are mastered over open fire and wood smoke, grilled slowly to achieve depth, richness, and smoky character - a celebration of traditional Asado technique.
At the heart of the experience is Signature Rubia Gallega beef, aged to deliver unparalleled depth of flavour and richness, served in a setting designed to be unhurried and immersive.
Set against the polo fields, the luncheon pairs premium dining with live polo action, creating a distinctive afternoon experience on the Meliá Desert Palm Terrace.
The afternoon continues seamlessly into the evening, with Rubia Flamenco following from 7 PM onwards, extending the celebration into the night.
