Join the Gardner Police Department for an empowering and interactive Women’s Self-Defense Workshop, led by our experienced officers and certified instructors. This free program is designed to teach practical skills that can help you recognize, avoid, and respond to dangerous situations.
Participants will learn:
Situational awareness and personal safety tips
Basic defensive techniques
How to use your voice and body language as deterrents
Strategies to break free from common holds and grabs
You don't need any prior experience. This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels. Our goal is to equip women in our community with the confidence and tools to protect themselves while building connections with Gardner Police staff in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Cost: Free – registration required
Age Requirement: Open to ages 14+. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian attending with them.
