This 60 minute movement meditation will focus on balancing the energy body through yoga asana.

Chakras are energy centers in a subtle body, originating from Hindu and Buddhist traditions, that are believed to influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The most common system identifies seven main chakras aligned along the spine, each representing different aspects of a person's life. When chakras are balanced, energy flows freely.
