💓 Blood Pressure – This shows how hard your heart is working to push blood through your body. If it’s too high, your heart is working overtime.

🧠 Carotid Artery – This looks at the blood flow in your neck’s main artery that carries blood to your brain. Blockages here can lead to a stroke.

🦵 Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) – This compares blood pressure in your arm and ankle to see if your leg arteries are healthy or blocked.

🩻 Abdominal Aorta Scan – This checks a large blood vessel in your belly to be sure it’s not getting too big or weak.

❤️ Estimated Ejection Fraction (EF) – This shows how well your heart pumps blood with each beat. A strong heart pumps out more than half of the blood it holds each time.

Knowing your numbers helps you stay healthy and catch problems early!
