Candlelit Yin & Tea

Introducing a special Candle-lit Yin Yoga class. Join me at the historic Sardis School building. Starting at 6:30, enjoy Charctuerie snacks and have hot tea and fellowship. After our appetizers, we will start an hour long Yin Yoga class at 7pm. Surrounded by candles, this class will focus on a peaceful, soothing atmosphere that encourages stress relief and relaxation. After the class, feel free to snack and hang out with your fellow yogis as long as you would like. This is class is free to attend. Just bring a yoga mat. (If you do not have a mat, please reach out to me.)
