Daisy Jones, a powerhouse of a vocalist, finds herself teamed up with The Six, a band struggling to get their big break. The harmony of this union launches them to into stardom; their album "Aurora" topping the charts. How will our beloved characters navigate the pressures of fame, addictions, and their personal lives?
This story hits all the right notes, and has been adapted into a TV series on Amazon Prime. The actors/actresses gave us an ACTUAL "Aurora" album which is available to stream. It's also only appropriate for our special drink to have the same name!
We are incredibly thankful for all the new book club hosts and themes we have welcomed aboard as this little idea has grown. It’s been extremely inspiring and touching to see people get excited talking about all sorts of different books and we love how it helps bring another event that is not a typical “bar” event! For those who do not already know, Boozy Book Club is a casual monthly installment book club that typically meets the last Wednesday of every month. It’s an event for people to meet to discuss books, life, and everything in between! Each installment of The Boozy Book Club comes with question starters for tabletop discussion and features a special one-night-only mix drink inspired by the book.
If you’re looking for a light, fun, low-commitment group to interact with, this is it; whether you’ve finished the book, started the book, or haven’t even started, there is a spot for you with one of the tables at Boozy Book Club.
