Rock Balancing Workshop

In a fast-moving world slowing down is an act of courage.
On 24th August we come together for Rock Balancing a community experience of rock balancing music and stillness.

Guided by Harshil & Bhavik with the live handpan by Shail we’ll journey from chaos to calm from feeling to form.

Together we will explore:

* the philosophy of balance which is patience impermanence focus
* hands-on rock balancing practice
* reflection and sharing in a safe curious circle

This is not just art it is a mirror.
A way to meet yourself through the poetry of stones stillness and gravity.
