The century is an era of knowledge and science; in time the Best knowledge with a scientific approach and sharp skill is essential in the prevalent competitive time. The NCSC has initiated the Sunday Science Club – Nisarg Community Science Center Gandhinagar for students interested in crossing horizons of science and wanting to mould themselves as classic and generous persons. The students benefit from further achievements by spending one hour on Sunday at the Sunday Science Club. During these Sundays you would be performing about 40 experiments in your science subject’s textbook.

Science Practicals:

• Sunday Science program: Standard V to X students will undergo science practicals within their school syllabus every Sunday. Gujarati and English medium school students acquire knowledge and strengthen their foundation of science. About 5000 state students avail the benefit of the Sunday science programme.
• Sunday Schedule for Standard 5th 02.00 to 03.00 Standard 6th 03.00 to 04.00 and Standard 7th 04.00 to 05.00.
• Sunday schedule for Standard 8th 09.00 to 10.00 Standard 9th 10.00 to 11.00 and Standard 10th 11.00 to 12.00.
• Every month there will be a general science activity on one Sunday in which there will be a science model or other scientific activity. In which the time for all class students will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Science hobby workshop:

The students can make good use of various holidays including Janmashtami Christmas Diwali and summer vacation etc. and avail additional benefits to acquaint with science knowledge in depth; workshops are organised on subjects of their scientific interest and develop a hobby.

Industries tour:

Students would be visiting various industries to study the application of science and technology.

Sky Gaze:

Students using telescopes learn about planetary occurrences like the solar eclipse lunar eclipse and celestial planets.

Nature camp/Visit :

Nature camp is organised every year. Students learn about different plants animals birds and bio-diversity during the nature camp.

Science Project Guidance:

Students are provided guidance in preparing science projects included in their syllabus and guidance rendered for project preparation for the educational fair including science fair Intel science fair and Western science fair.

Opportunity to Participate in Diffract Science Competitions:

You can participate in various programmes organised by NCSC vizly. Science Workshop Science Seminar Western Science Fair Intell Science Fair Science Drama Festival Gujcost Science Quize celebration activities during World Environment Day Earth Day Ozone Day etc. You will have the opportunity to participate in the Children Science Congress Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan and programmes organised by the Govt. of India / Gujarat.
