Join us for Trails Fest 2025!
Trails Fest is an opportunity to connect with nature in the UNESCO designated Frontenac Arch Biosphere Region through a series of guided hikes at various locations.
Hikes are FREE (pay-what-you-can donations are welcome) and hosted in partnership between the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Network and the various people and orgranizations that steward the land, water and trails of the region.
All hikes take places on the traditional territories of the of the Haudenosaunee (Kanienʼkehá꞉ka) and Anishinaabeg (Algonquin) people. We are grateful to be able to gather on this land and encourage all hikers to learn more about the histories, people and responisiblities of caring for the land and waters.
Guided hikes will be available (pre-registration recommneded) at the following locations:
Mac Johnson Wildlife Area, Brockville - Friday, September 12th
Wintergreen Studios, South Frontenac - Friday, September 12th
