In today’s fast-paced world, calm is becoming rare — but maybe it doesn’t have to be.
At this week’s Reflect & Connect evening, we’ll explore what calm really means and how we might cultivate more of it in our own lives. Using reflections from The Calm Workbook by The School of Life, we’ll gently unpack the ways we react to stress, the conditions that restore us, and how to return to calm — even on chaotic days.
This is a guided group discussion, not a lecture.
You’ll be invited (never pressured) to reflect, share, or simply listen.
