We’ll begin with a warm, intention-infused tea — a comforting blend filled with herbs to help you open your heart, quiet your mind, and connect deeply to the intentions your soul is ready to set for the season ahead.
As we sip and share, we’ll set our personal intentions for this lunar cycle — planting seeds of energy, creativity, and growth. Then, sink into the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing the frequencies to amplify and anchor your intentions as you rest in deep peace.
This ceremony will be held in the courtyard, surrounded by fresh air and moonlight. 🌙
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will keep you warm and comfortable as you relax and receive.
