This gentle evening gathering blends mindful breathwork, guided meditation, a tender releasing moment, and a deeply restorative sound bath to help you clear what’s heavy and honor what’s working, no matter how big or small.

Traditionally a time of harvest, preparation, and clarity, the Hunter’s Moon invites us to gather what we’ve cultivated, release what we no longer need, and move forward with grounded focus. Together, we’ll explore how to weave this moon’s energy into everyday life, through intention, gratitude, and simple embodiment practices.

  Arrive, settle in, and set a gentle intention for the evening.
• Mini Releasing Ceremony
  Let go of stagnant energy and lingering doubts with a simple, heart-led practice.
• Guided Breathwork & Meditation
  Drop into the present, soften the body, and express gratitude for your journey so far.
• Immersive Sound Bath
  Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and soothing textures bathe you in calming frequencies for deep rest and integration.
• Closing Grounding (by 8:00 PM)
  Leave centered, lighter, and clear on your next aligned step.

• Something to lie on (yoga mat, padded mat, or blanket; feel free to layer up for extra comfort)
• Optional: Water, light shawl or sweater, small journal/pen for reflections

Coco Bates is a Houston-based holistic wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, and sound healer specializing in feminine embodiment, breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic sound. She earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Rishikesh, India (Gurukul Yogashala), and deepened her meditation and sound training in Nepal. Coco’s sessions blend Himalayan and crystal bowls, mindful sequencing, and grounding ritual to help women and community members regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and cultivate everyday rituals of self-tending. She leads intimate classes, women’s circles, and restorative sound baths across the Houston–area.
