A full day at thirlestane castle….
You will be guided through a variety of practices during your day. A morning guided meditation followed by Mindful movement- vinyasa exploration, posture breath work - awareness. The use of props and variations.
Deep rest to end our morning practice. With a focus on anatomy and alignment exploration.
• A delicious vegetarian lunch with the cosy log burner then out to the rose garden and castle grounds to explore.
•Time to explore castle grounds and enjoy your surroundings.
•Somatic movement workshop, nervous system regulation practices. Let’s roll , explore ,be curious and playful. Beneficial for the nervous system.
•Journalling
