Self-care box workshops

Join us for a relaxed and creative session making personal self-care boxes to fill with all the things that comfort you when you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Decorate and fill your box on a good day, so it is there to call upon when you need a little lift. We will provide the box and crafting materials as well as some pamper items, and you can fill with your favourite chocolate, CD, hand cream, bath salts or anything that reminds you how special you are.
