This Big Money Bingo is open to the public - come one, come all!
Held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3509 at 211 N. Frederick Ave, Lower Level, Suite 950, Gaithersburg, MD 20877
$50.00 PER PERSON (plus $2.50 online fee**)
Check-in at 3:30 PM | Dinner at 4:00 PM | Bingo Starts at 5:30 PM
INCLUDED:
- Dinner - 2 pieces of fried chicken (dark or white - make your selection during registration), green beans, scalloped potatoes, dinner roll w/ butter, dessert, iced tea, and tap water.
- 1 door prize ticket (wear a costume and receive an extra door prize ticket!)
- 20 games of bingo - 9 cards per game (18 regular games paying $150, 1 special game paying $250, and 1 cover all paying $500*)
What you can purchase onsite:
More bingo cards, dabbers, pull tabs, raffles, door prizes, and 50/50. We also have a full service bar where you can purchase sodas, bottled water, beer, wine, and cocktails.
PARKING:
We are located on the lower level of the shopping centre. You may park anywhere in the lower level parking lot, upper level by the M&T Bank, and along Maryland Ave.
Tickets are nonrefundable. Should you be unable to attend, we appreciate your donation to the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3509 Auxiliary, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to "People Helping People". Shall we need to cancel for any reason, we will process all refunds in a timely manner.
*Payouts may be reduced if less than 100 tickets sold.
