Join us on Saturdays at Elder Pine Brewing & Blending Co. for Hoops and Hops. Using my weighted hula hoops, we will work the whole body, sweat, and probably laugh a lot. After the class, relax with your favorite beer (one beer included). Hula hoops are provided. Please arrive a few minutes early.
