Beginner/Intermediate Fall Paddle

Join us on a calm, nature-focused paddle around Clopper Lake at Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg MD on Saturday October 11th, 2025 from 2pm-4pm.

Instructions and gear will be provided. Beginners are welcome.

Although this program will be inclusive to different paddling abilities, we ask that you are at the very least comfortable in a kayak and on/in the water. We also recommend you come wearing layers (think synthetic clothes that will dry quickly if you get wet), and a wind layer. The estimated temperatures will be in the low 70s.

Registration is REQUIRED to participate. We are limiting this program to 15 people, if you sign up after we have reached that number of participants, you will be added on to the waitlist. If anyone drops off, you will receive a message letting you know you have been moved up into the program.

Registration will be open 10/2/25-10/7/25.
