4 Week Climb & Inversions Intensive with Jasmine

Wednesdays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Build strength and confidence in this 4-week intensive focused on climbing and inversions. Through targeted drills and strength-building exercises, you’ll learn multiple techniques to get up the pole and upside down with ease. The instructor provides a progress guide and homework exercises to support your growth. Whether you’re new to pole or refining your skills, this course will elevate your practice.

Prerequisite: Pole Foundations
