Spend a magical day immersed in the joys of foraging, crafting your own natural medicine cabinet for the colder months ahead, and indulging in a gourmet, plant-based feast — all in a beautiful, secret corner of North Lincolnshire.
Your Day
We’ll begin the morning with a warm welcome, introductions, and refreshments before setting off on a gentle wander. Along the way, you’ll learn to identify wild edible and medicinal plants that can be transformed into natural remedies.
Through hands-on demonstrations, we’ll guide you into the world of wild healing medicine — then it’s your turn!
You’ll learn how to confidently prepare your creations and how to care for them so they last through the season.
With small group numbers, there’s
plenty of time for individual attention, ensuring you leave with new skills, confidence, and a head full of ideas and inspiration.
Who’s Guiding You
Andrea and Tee, your hosts, are professional foragers, an experienced chef, and a complementary therapist/acupuncturist — both members of the Association of Foragers — bringing together expertise in wild food, seasonal cookery, and herbal wellbeing.
A Feast for the Senses
We’ll pause for a relaxed, gourmet lunch celebrating the best of autumn — fresh, local, and foraged, with a variety of plant-based dishes and seasonal concoctions for you to sample.
After lunch, your journey continues. By the end of the day, you’ll head home with a basket brimming with seasonal, healing treasures to lift your spirits and boost your immunity through the colder months.
You’ll also receive step-by-step recipes and full instructions so you can recreate the magic at home.

We’ve designed this day to be inspiring, hands-on, and fun — a chance to deepen your connection with nature, learn new skills, and enjoy delicious food. And rest assured… no one goes home hungry!

Our cancellation policy is strict:
• No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
• Cancellations made a week or more in advance will be refunded only if we can fill your place.
