The Seven Dimensions of Wellness

Welcome to the Sacred Earth Center. Save the date. Saturday November 22nd from 1 to 3pm, Victoria Zalamar will present the class The Seven Dimensions of Wellness.
Wellness is an active on going process where an individual decide to take actions to preserve a balanced life.
Together we will explore the Spiritual/Social, intellectual, Emotional, Occupational, Environmental and Physical aspects of Wellness.
You will receive tools to live the life you always dreamed.
Refreshments will be provided.
$20 suggested donation.
