Sunday Nia Movement @ Thomas Center Gardens

Join us every Sunday at 9 AM at the Thomas Center Gardens for a fun Nia class - a joyful, all-levels movement practice that’s great for both body and mind. Beginners are always welcome!

Come move, breathe, and connect in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Donation based.
