REIKI & HEALING ENERGY WORKSHOP

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. According to the International Center for Reiki Training, Reiki healing is the idea that we all have an unseen "life force energy" that flows through our bodies. Reiki is now used by a growing number of Americans who believe it helps with relaxation, anxiety, pain management, and depression, according to a past pilot study.
Join us to explore theories and techniques of health, healing, and wellness. Learn what the body/mind/spirit connection, chakras, aura, and meridians are, tuning into energy, techniques to clear, enhance, balance, and align our life force, and how to correct imbalances with crystals. We will also explore Bach Flower Remedies--creating an individual combination for each participant.
