Open Community Practice Day

Open Practice Day; Mindful sitting, walking, eating, and stretching. Hosted by Nancy Lasseter
Sunday, November 2nd ·10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Come and go as you like. Stay a while, sit in comfort in or outdoors, walk to the creek , lay in the hammock, do your own practices all in silence.
Come sit in our sanctuary, enjoy forest walks, hammocks, writing, the meditation tent by the creek, and/or movement practice all in silence and all self guided with the exception of an opening guided meditation with music at 10:15 and a closing circle at 3 with qigong and community sharing.

Suggested donations are based on one's capacity to help keep the lights shining in Karuna Cottage. We accept cash in the dana box, checks and Venmo. We thank you in advance.
