Guest Speaker: Jeremy Scheer
CFO of Pinnacle Site Solutions
Jeremy Scheer joined Pinnacle Site Solutions in August 2023 as its Chief Financial Officer, having previously worked behind the scenes as a corporate officer of the parent company, Concept Companies, since Pinnacle’s founding in 2017. His responsibilities include financial oversight, business development, and administrative operations management.
In his time at Concept Companies, Jeremy oversaw financial planning and analyses; accounting; and capital development for the company as it developed millions of square feet of real estate throughout the United States. He has successfully closed nearly a half a billion dollars in debt and equity transactions during his career. Prior to joining Concept, Jeremy served as Vice President of Operations for a national association of certified public accounting and consulting firms. His professional background includes public accounting experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting; private industry experience in real estate consulting and sales; and non-profit board service. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2007.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and four daughters. He is an elder at Faith Presbyterian Church.
