Ghosts & Gators Fall Festival**, Saturday, October 11
Get ready, Gainesville!!!! The Ghosts & Gators Fall Festival is back and bigger than ever, happening Saturday, October 11th from 11 AM – 4 PM at 3536 NW 8th Ave, Gainesville. This is Gainesville’s can’t-miss, family-friendly Halloween festival, filled with NONSTOP FUN for kids, teens, parents, and grandparents!!
Spend the day enjoying everything from Classic Carnival Games and Halloween craft stations to a massive, professionally designed haunted house designed by Gainesville’s own Fear Garden! The event will also have trunk-or-treating, costume contests, hands-on “spooktivities” like slime making, arts & crafts, face painting, and a DIY fall photo stop (with decorated cardboard stand-ins), and even a few surprises we’re keeping under wraps, hint: raffles!! (sponsored by Cane’s, Wawa, Kendra Scott, YogaPod, Escapology, Trader Joe’s, Chick-fil-A, and more!) The event is set right next to a park and playground, and is the perfect fall outing for the whole family.
And of course, no festival is complete without food! Brazilian Barbesquewers and Reina’s Italian Ice will be serving up local favorites, and thanks to Celsius, you can enjoy free drinks throughout the day!!
Best of all, 100% of proceeds benefit the Florida Diabetes Camp**, giving children with Type 1 Diabetes life-changing camp experiences they can’t find anywhere else
