Brandon West founded PHOS Creative at the age of 26 out of his home office. A strategy-first digital marketing agency headquartered in Florida, PHOS’ growth and culture have been highlighted in the Inc. 5000, Gator100, Florida Trend Magazine, and the Best Christian Workplaces Institute. Brandon has been honored among UF’s 40 Gators Under 40 and received the Purpose Leadership Award for his global impact as a purpose-driven entrepreneur.
PHOS Creative's vision is to launch one hundred care centers for women and children impacted by extreme poverty and sex trafficking by 2030. To date, with the support of generous donors through their SAFE Global Fund, PHOS has helped fund the start of 41 care centers in 18 countries, serving over 6,500 women and children.
Brandon serves on the Board of Advisors for the Human Trafficking Fund with Solving the World’s Greatest Problems, an initiative disrupting the sex trafficking economy through redemptive business and scalable justice solutions.
Author of It Is Not Your Business to Succeed, Brandon is husband to his high school sweetheart, Shelley, and dad to his two boys, Landen and Parker. He enjoys writing music, leading worship, tackling escape rooms, and pastoring leaders in the marketplace.
