Create a Healing Mandala with Ancient Archetypal Symbols

Drawing ancient archetypal symbols can facilitate emotional expression and healing by tapping into the collective unconscious allowing individuals to connect with universal themes and personal experiences. This process can enhance self-awareness and promote psychological well-being through creative exploration.

Participants will learn about ancient archetypal symbols from around the world that are known for their healing properties. They will be provided a list of these symbols and their corresponding healing properties. Participants will choose those symbols corresponding to their mental emotional or physical needs incorporate them into a mandala grid/template they will create. There will be grids/templates available that are already made.daily for a few minutes to enhance their psychological well being.

The resulting mandala will be reflect the healing needs of the participants which they will contemplate for a few minutes as frequently as possible in order to enhance their psychological well being.
