Brenau University Learning & Leisure Institute 2025-2026 Lecture Series presents 60 Years with Jimmy Carter at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at Brenau University's Thurmond-McRae Lecture Hall, adjacent to the Brenau Trustee Library.

Recollections of a cordial friendship with an astounding American couple. Former Carter Administration speech writer and religious liaison, Bob Maddox, shares a number of delightful stories of his experiences with Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter, and why he believes we will not soon witness another couple like the Carters.
