About the event

1st Annual Autumn Auction Extravaganza
This is the fun event many of you have been asking for! Our first annual Autumn Auction Extravaganza will be the ultimate night out this fall with dozens of live, silent, and Penny Tray Auction items up for grabs. Cash bar, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and plenty of surprises.

Tickets: $25 each • Cocktail attire • Program is in an outdoor tent

5:30 pm: Doors Open
6:00 pm: Silent Auction Begins
7:30 pm: Silent Auction Ends
-Penny Tray Auction Bidding
-Raffles, Hors d'oeuvres
8:30 pm: Live Auction Begins
9:30 pm: Live Auction Check Out
10:00 pm: Program Ends
