It is time to slow down. To stretch, soften, and rest.

Hibernate is a 60-minute class blending yin yoga, guided yoga nidra meditation, and intentional rest. This class is designed to support your flexibility and mobility while also guiding you into a deeper state of restoration and stillness.

Through long, nourishing holds and calming meditation, you will create space in both body and mind — stepping away from the noise and into presence.

*Bring your mat.

**Additional yoga props to will be provided to ensure ultimate comfort & relaxation are achieved.
