Running Free Festival ed.VIII ще се състои отново в къмпинг "Стринава" на 29-ти и 30-ти август 2025 г.
Посетителите на фестивала ще могат да се насладят на авторска музика на живо от български и чуждестранни метъл групи по покана на членовете на Metal Force HMC.

100 лв - фестивален билет ПРОМО (до 31.12.2024 г.)
110 лв - фестивален билет ПРОМО 2 (до 31.01.2025 г.)
120 лв - фестивален билет на редовна цена (до 28.08.2025 г.)
80 лв - еднодневен билет за 30.08 (събота)

* до 800 билета
** билет "къмпинг зона" важи за един къмпингуващ за две нощувки 29 и 30.08 / до 100 билета. Билетът важи само с фестивален билет.
*** Пакетът към фестивалния билет включва:
- фестивална тениска (моля, изпратете размер и пол);
- 6 х 0.500 л Metal Force HMC бира;
- 2 фестивални чаши /нов дизайн;
- фестивална нашивка /нов дизайн;

ОБЩИ УСЛОВИЯ

Лицата под 14 г. се допускат безплатно.
2. Концертите могат да бъдат със силен звук - организаторът не поема отговорност за евентуални медицински или слухови проблеми, които могат да възникнат, поради силата на звука.
3. Всички форми на искове за вреди са невалидни, освен в случай на небрежност от страна на организатора, негов действащ заместник или служител.
4. Всички видове оръжия, фойерверки и стъклени контейнери (бутилки, буркани и др.) НЕ са разрешени.
5. Моля, имайте предвид, че навлизате във фестивалната зона на свой риск.
6. Организаторът НЕ НОСИ отговорност за кражба или повреда на лично имущество.
7. Билетът за концерта е валиден само за фестивалната зона - територията на къмпинг “Стринава”.
8. Записващи устройства и камери не са разрешени.
9. Организаторът си запазва правото да прави промени в програмата без предварително предупреждение.
10. Ако събитието бъде отменено преди началото му по организационни причини, имате право на възстановяване на цената на билета под формата на ваучер за следващото събитие. В случай на опасни метеорологични условия (напр. гръмотевични бури, наводнения), други форсмажорни обстоятелства, официални разпореждания или съдебни решения, събитието ще бъде прекратено или отменено незабавно. В този случай няма право на възстановяване или обезщетение, освен ако организаторът може да бъде държан отговорен за умисъл или груба небрежност. При промяна на програмата или отмяна на отделни представления нямате право на възстановяване или обезщетение.
11. Вашата отговорност е да спазвате правилата на организатора и охраната. Нарушаването на някое от правилата може да доведе до изгонване от зоната на фестивала.
12. Охраната си запазва правото да извършва проверка при влизане на случаен принцип.
13. Изсичането и паленето на дървесина са стриктно забранени.

КЪМПИНГ

1. Зоната за къмпинг в територията на къмпинг “Стринава” е на цена от 30 лв. на човек за две вечери, при налични фестивален и къмпинг билет.
Има и свободна/безплатна къмпинг зона извън територията на фестивала, без възможност за паркинг и придвижване на МПС.
2. Ограничено място за каравани (местата имат захранване за каравани) - моля свържете с нас за резервация.
3. Паркингът е с ограничен брой паркоместа. При запълване няма да се допускат автомобили на територията на къмпинга.
4. На територията на фестивала има разположени тоалетни и бани в двата края на къмпинга.
5. В района на фестивала има хижи и хотели, в гр. Дряново има къщи за гости и хотели за настаняване. Организиран е транспорт от фестивала до гр. Дряново след всеки фестивален ден.
6. Нямаме такса смет, но всеки ще получи безплатни торби. Искаме само да оставите вашия район на къмпинга чист. На входа на къмпинга е поставен контейнер, в който можете да оставите своите торби с боклук. Благодарим ви за помощта да се опазва природата чиста!

ХРАНА И НАПИТКИ

- в къмпинга има бар и кухня
- позволени са внасянето на храни и напитки и свободната им консумация само в къмпинг зоната, при закупен билет за къмпинг или наето бунгало

ТРАНСПОРТ

- организираният транспорт от къмпинг Стринава до гр. Дряново след всеки фестивален ден ще бъде по разписание (следете за подробности)
- с влак - В непосредствена близост се намира жп спирка "Бачо Киро". Има редовни влакове от Г. Оряховица (В. Търново) и от гара Тулово. https://razpisanie.bdz.bg/bg

Running Free Festival ed.VIII will take place again at the Strinava camp on August 29th and 30th, 2025.

Those who purchased a two-day ticket through the online platforms will also receive the traditional ticket with a double-sided stamp for the festival at the entrance.

GENERAL TERMS

1. Persons under 18 years of age are allowed only with an accompanying person /one person with one accompanying person/. Persons under 14 are admitted free of charge.
2. Concerts can have a loud sound - the organizer does not take responsibility for any medical or hearing problems that may occur due to the volume.
3. All forms of claims for damages are invalid, except in case of negligence on the part of the organizer, his acting deputy or employee.
4. All types of weapons, fireworks and glass containers (bottles, jars, etc.) are NOT allowed.
5. Please note that you enter the festival area at your own risk.
6. The organizer is NOT responsible for theft or damage to personal property.
7. The ticket for the concert is valid only for the festival area - the territory of camping "Strinava".
8. Recorders and cameras are not allowed.
9. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program without prior notice.
10. If the event is cancelled before its start for organizational reasons, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price in the form of a voucher for the next event. In the event of hazardous weather conditions (thunderstorms, flooding), other force majeure, official orders or court decisions, the event will be suspended or canceled immediately. In this case, there is no right to refund or compensation, unless the organizer can be held responsible for intent or gross negligence. If the program is changed or individual performances are cancelled, you are not entitled to a refund or compensation.
11. It is your responsibility to follow the rules of the organizer and security. Violation of any of the rules may result in expulsion from the festival area.
12. The security guard reserves the right to carry out an inspection upon entry at random.
13. Felling and burning wood is strictly prohibited.

CAMPING

1. The camping area is in the territory of the "Strinava" campsite and is priced at BGN 30 per person for two nights, with available festival and camping tickets.
2. Caravans are welcome. Limited powered space for caravans - for booking contact us by e-mail or dm.
3. The parking lot has a limited number of parking spaces. When full, no cars will be allowed on the campsite. There is also a free camping area outside the festival grounds.
4. On the festival's territory, there are toilets and bathrooms at both ends of the campsite.
5. In the festival area, there are chalets and hotels, in the town of Dryanovo there are guest houses and hotels for accommodation.
6. We do not have a garbage fee, but everyone will receive free bags. We just want you to leave your camping area clean. There is a container at the entrance of the campsite in which you can leave your garbage bags.

FOOD AND DRINKS

- The campsite has a bar and a kitchen
- food and drinks are allowed to be brought in and freely consumed only in the camping area, if a camping ticket has been purchased or a bungalow has been rented

TRANSPORT

- the organized transport from Strinava campsite to the town of Dryanovo after each festival day will be on schedule (stay tuned for details)
- by train - In the immediate vicinity is the railway station "Bacho Kiro". There are regular trains from G. Oryahovitsa (V. Tarnovo) and from Tulovo station. https://razpisanie.bdz.bg/en
- by bus - The buses between Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo stop at the turnoff for the Dryanovo Monastery and have a regular schedule.
