Yoga in the Park with Brandy Aaron Taylor

FREE Yoga classes designed for anyone of any age. Absolutely NO yoga experience is necessary. Classes are taught by local yoga teachers volunteering their time to provide yoga for anyone who would like to practice outside. Bring: a blanket, beach towel and/or yoga mat to practice on; you might want to bring an additional "something" to put under your mat if you feel the ground is still too cold for you. We do sit and rest back on the ground. Depending on the temperature, you may consider dressing in layers. Weather: Class will be cancelled in case of inclement weather, but as we all know our weather can be different a block away and can change in a heartbeat. Cancellations may be posted on this page, but check the weather channel and use your best judgment!
