ROX in the New Year

Test your aerobic conditioning with this HYROX inspired challenge testing 4 of the HYROX stations with a total of 4k running.
FORMAT:
1k run before EACH of the following stations
1000m Ski Erg
80m BBJ
1000m Rower
100 Wall Balls

Test your individual ability or grab a partner and test your joint ability to enter the HYROX arena ready to crush goals. Teams must run together, but can split upthe station work as needed.
Patch for all registered athletes.
