Ultragoblin (Haarlem)

According to Google, the Dutch translation of “Goblin” is “Kobold,” but also “Aardmannetje”. And if there’s one place these little creatures are obsessed with, it’s damp, old basements. So of course, we had no choice but to invite the mightiest of them all: ULTRAGOBLIN, into the mightiest of basements: kunstkeller!
ULTRAGOBLIN has risen from the ashes of ACHTERLICHT (known from Uitholling Bovenlangs, the split LP with, among others, Frontsector).
is an Haarlem band which consists of members from the now defunct Achterlicht, along with members from the SPURN and NO BRAINS UTRECHT crew. Songs are short and nasty, wielding a dual guitar, bass and synth wall of warble, straight-up garage punk, but with a starring role for the synthesizer. Meanwhile, the drummer sounds like he’s tumbling down the stairs, together creating a hard hitting garage-synthpunk mess.
These young Haarlem hounds played their first shows under the octopus-fairground lamp of Slachthuis. And that lamp does something to bands, because wow, so much great music keeps pouring out of Haarlem, with ULTRAGOBLIN as living proof.
On January 19th, they’ll tear down kunstkeller! See you then!

Myst (Nürnberg)
============================
Frisch, laut, chaotisch und ohne Filter – das ist MYST. Seit März 2025 machen die fünf aus Nürnberg genau das, worauf sie Bock haben: ehrlichen Punkrock. Kein großer Plan, keine Pose – einfach drauflos, mit Herz, Schweiß und viel zu viel Bier im Blut.
Der erste Auftritt ist schon erfolgreich absolviert, ihre erste Single „Pissberg“ gibts demnächst online – jetzt aber schon mal alles live und leibhaftig im kunstkeller!
