Sunday Run Day

Come join us and get moving on Sunday! 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ This group is open to all paces whether you’re a runner, walker, experienced or not. Our main group will be doing an interval program building to a 5K. The goal is simple: show up, get moving and get better!

We’ll meet by the playground bathrooms and head out together. No pressure, no judgement - just a supportive crew getting after it at their own pace.
