Conservation Rangers at Low Barns

In this session we will be looking at bird nesting habits. We will be making bird boxes and nesting material holders.

Join this group of young volunteers and get some hands on experience of managing a nature reserve and recording the wildlife. You'll gain new skills and get involved in conservation tasks including surveying, planting and painting tasks during these sessions.

These volunteering hours can count towards a Duke of Edinburgh Award or can be recorded as work experience on your CV, plus you’re helping to do your bit for the environment!

Please dress for the weather and bring suitable waterproof clothing. Wear sturdy boots/footwear.
