Zumba class

Hi to all, happily I have the opportunity to team up with frostburg fitness and will be offering at their gym my advanced Zumba classes starting this Thursday the 28th and will run class every Thursday from 7-8pm!!! if you are interested in class head to frostburg fitnesses website to get signed up, all must pre register on there site to come to class!! this will be a fast paced and more intense program but I have choreographed all routines to slow the pace down while still burning good energy and have fun and stay safe and also break the regular zumba mode and mix in some pop/hip hop while still getting some Latin beats in too!!
