BAM Fitness & Nutrition is excited to share an opportunity for our young athletes to put their hard work to the test. On Sunday, December 7th, Prowler Performance will be hosting the first-ever Youth Combine at Frostburg State University’s gym—designed specifically for 5th–8th grade athletes in our region.
This combine is not just a showcase—it’s a development tool.
What the Combine Will Accomplish
The goal is to give every athlete a chance to measure where they stand, learn proper technique, and walk away with real, objective data they can use to guide their training. Every participant will go through:
• Height & Weight Measurement
• Vertical Jump
• Broad Jump
• 30-Yard Dash
• Pro-Agility Shuttle
• 3-Cone Drill
Each athlete will be taught the correct mechanics at each station and will receive standardized numbers that are used across high school and collegiate programs. These scores will also be uploaded to prowlerperformance.com, allowing athletes to see how they rank among peers in the Tri-State region.
