Speaker bio: Fr. Brian McAllister is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and is a convert to the Catholic Faith. A former Lutheran, Fr. Brian was raised to appreciate the importance of sacred scripture and good preaching. After graduating College Fr. Brian was immediately commissioned into the US Army as second lieutenant in the Signal Corps. After four years of service, Fr. Brian left the Army to pursue other interests but eventually encountered a life changing experience of spiritual darkness which led him into the Catholic Church. Two years later, Fr. Brian entered Mount Saint Mary’s seminary, and seven years later was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Arlington in 2015. He currently serves as parochial vicar at St. John the Baptist.

Shenandoah Valley TOT is held on the third Monday of each month. The October 20 event will be held at Osteria Maria restaurant, located at 510 S Royal Ave., Front Royal, VA 22630. It is hosted in partnership with Young Adults of St. John the Baptist and Sacred Heart Young Adults.
All adults (ages 19-35) single and married of all faith backgrounds are invited.
Socializing and drinks begin at 6:30 p.m. and the talk begins at 7:30 p.m.
