Candlelight Solstice Yoga

Join us for this magical once-a-year class to honor the year's longest night and the return of the light. Surrounded by the warm glow of candles, we'll flow through a grounding practice that invites reflection and release, set intentions for the new year, use mantras to guide us into the brighter days ahead and bathe in the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This serene practice will help you find balance, warmth and inner light to welcome the turning of the season with mindfulness and grace.
