Flow, Rest and Play - an intro to Rope Flow
This intro workshop will take you through a couple of the foundational moves of Rope Flow, along with a generous cool down/ stretch out and guided meditation.
It might look like skipping from photos, but rope flow is low impact and focusses on fluid movement patterns with a heavier rope than you'd use for skipping. It's a great practice for mobility, balance, body awareness, focus, cardio and flow.

About me… I’m an embodiment coach, Franklin Method trainer, sauna master, yoga and hoop dance teacher with over 18 years teaching experience. Geekily into biomechanics, seasonal approaches to life and movement, embodiment, cake.
OPTION - join for a post-session sauna - we’ll grab a snack after the workshop and head to Wildcat for an hour. It’s the *best* way to finish off and will give us a chance to chat and relax while our bodies assimilate all that good movement
