Thursday 18th – Ground & Center: Begin by anchoring yourself in the present with steady, grounding postures and deep, calming breathing, like hitting your internal “reset” button.
Thursday 25th – Lengthen & Lighten: Stretch and elongate from head to toe, creating space in your joints and lightness in your step.
Thursday 2nd – Unwind & Release: A gentle, slow-flow sequence to ease stiffness in your spine and melt away lingering tension.
Thursday 9th – Happy Heart: Lift your mood with chest-opening postures and mindful breathing to expand your space for joy, ease, and deep relaxation.
Thursday 16th – Balance & Uplift: Dynamic but accessible movement to gently raise your heart rate, brighten your mood, and re-spark your midday energy.
