This series covers Six Strategies from the book, SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times. The Six Strategies is great business training to help you succeed no matter what type of market you’re in, whether in a shift now, beginning to shift, or not yet shifting.

About Instructor Rebecca Fishkin

I received my license and joined Keller Williams in 2007, where I immediately plugged into the systems and models, including applying what I read in the MREA. The biggest lesson I learned those first few years was that by doing the right work, success will come. In 2009 I took BOLD and a few weeks later had so much business I hired an assistant. I've been a successful single agent, built a team with 4 additional agents and 2 admin, and am now happily working with my husband Rod. Over 80% of our business comes from referrals from past clients, agents and our affiliates. I have developed systems that keep us communicating regularly with our clients using KW technology, including a very hands-on process with seniors and those clients who need extra care. I have taken BOLD 9 times, attended Family Reunion, Masterminds, Mega Agent Camp almost every year, and traveled to other states taking classes from experts in the industry. My passion for helping people has propelled me to assist others to be successful in real estate. My belief in Keller Williams compelled me to be on the ALC and then an investor in the market center. I continue to teach classes and am also a Quantum Leap Instructor with KWNG. By teaching classes to other agents, I continue to master my skills while empowering others to thrive in our industry. It is an honor to share my experience and expertise with others.
