Todd Collier - Sous Chef - Club 33 & 21 Royal
Todd Collier has carved an illustrious path in the culinary world. Todd honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants across the West Coast, including Chez TJ, Manresa, and Archipelago, before serving as Executive Chef at Google and Food & Beverage Director at Uber. He later co-founded The Whole Cart, expanding it to 32 food trucks.
Now based in Southern California, Todd fulfills a lifelong dream as Sous Chef at Disney’s exclusive Club 33 and 21 Royal, bringing passion, precision, and creativity to some of the company’s most elite dining experiences.
Christopher Moran - General Manager - Club 33 & 21 Royal
Christopher Moran is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, earning a degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management. With over 20 years of experience in premier resorts, acclaimed restaurants, and exclusive private clubs, he brings deep expertise in luxury service, operations, and leadership in guest experience.
Shaped by military officer training, mentorship, and industry experience, Christopher is passionate about creating exceptional, memorable experiences and fostering meaningful connections with members, guests, and teams. A dedicated mentor, he shares his insights to inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Club 33
Club 33 is an exclusive, members-only dining and social club located within Disneyland Park. Known for its refined cuisine, impeccable service, and storied history, Club 33 offers a rare blend of elegance, privacy, and immersive storytelling.
21 Royal
21 Royal is an ultra-exclusive, invitation-only private dining experience inspired by Walt Disney’s original in-park residence concept. Offering a bespoke, multi-course fine dining experience, 21 Royal combines exceptional culinary artistry, personalized service, and a richly themed environment.
