Join us to get your week started with a jolt of creativity as we hear from artists and friends during Tiny Talks on the second Sunday of the month.
Ophthalmologist Dr. “Bo” Hahn joins us inside Ash Williams' The Dreams of Small Animals to explore animal vision. The dreams of animals and plants, as depicted in the exhibition, represent an unconscious world. Conscious reality is perceived in many different ways by living creatures. Dr. Hahn will illuminate how surprisingly diversified the structures and sensitivities of animal vision are and how they serve each creature’s unique survival needs.
Dr. “Bo” Hahn is a clinical ophthalmologist with a special interest in how vision supports physical wellbeing. His out-of-office activities include an annual New Year’s Eve fireworks display and writing the book and score for an upcoming romantic musical play.
The talk is free and begins at 11 AM. Afterwards, browse our galleries to see our summer exhibitions alongside fellow art lovers.
