Mom&Baby Yoga 6wks Program

For Moms + infants from 6 weeks up to active crawling. Specifically designed for your postnatal body and perfect to connect with your body and bond with your baby.

We focus on rebuilding core strength, encouraging flexibility and working with your breath. The classes are designed for both mum and baby so there is healing postnatal yoga for mom and gentle stretches for babies.

It is a fun and relaxing environment to restore and meet other moms. Breast feeding is welcome. Only 10 spots available per class.

NO experience is required, although confirmation from a health care provider that you are safe to participate in yoga is recommended.

Please bring a blanket for your baby and wear comfortable clothing.

6 wks Program Tuesdays 11:15am ( no class 30 Dec)

Cost: $80+tax= $91.20 for 6 consecutive weeks or Included in your Unlimited Membership.
