Spinners Web Fall Retreat - where you can relax, learn something new, visit and enjoy the company, and just have a relaxing one-day mini-vacation at a wonderful campground.
Here's the program line up. Some will require "homework" before the retreat, so if you're thinking of coming, please let us know soon! (Message the Admin).
Breakfast at 7:30/8am
9 AM: 2 and 3 ply spinning with Janet. Do ahead and bring: 2 or 3 bobbins spun single ply to bring to the class. Also bring wheel or spindle(s), 2 or 3 empty bobbins, lazy kate.
Lunch at noon
1 PM: Dorset buttons with Rhonda. Materials provided.
2:30 PM: Cotton prep and spinning with Gina and Jeanie. Fiber provided. Bring: wheel or light weight spindle (tahkli if you have it); if you have them, bring cotton cards.
Supper 5:30pm
Cost for members is $37 for all meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
For non-members, cost is $45 for attending and all meals.
Please bring a check or cash with you the day of the retreat, or contact Helga (Admin).
