Fremont Community Theatre and Director TJ McKee are proud to present the opening production in our 2025–2026 season:

This toe-tapping musical classic promises a full evening of music, midway fun, and heartwarming storytelling!

Join us before each evening performance for our Midway Extravaganza — running from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM — complete with:
🎯 Carnival-style games like Skee-Ball, Bean Bag Toss, Ring Toss, and Gone Fishing
🍿 Classic concessions: popcorn, cotton candy, pop, beer & wine
🎨 Caricature artists and fair-style flair from the front sidewalk to your seat!
It’s more than just a show — it’s a full State Fair experience!

📖 Synopsis:
Set against the colorful backdrop of the Iowa State Fair, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s State Fair follows the Frake family as they leave behind the farm for a few days of adventure. With a prize pig, blue-ribbon cooking, young love, and dreams of more than just a carnival prize, State Fair captures the hopes and heart of small-town Americana with memorable songs and characters.

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s State Fair is presented through special arrangement with Concord Theatricals. All authorized performance materials are also supplied by Concord.
