Fall Family Health Fair

Please join us at the Fall Family Health Fair at Three Rivers Health Department (2400 N. Lincoln Ave., Fremont, NE) on Thursday, October 9th, from 2 PM - 7 PM.

Enjoy free health services for the whole family! Free health services include testing household items for lead, lead blood testing for children under age 6, Know Your Numbers Diabetes screening, car seat checks.

Flu shots and other vaccinations are also available.

There will also be activities for family fun and free food!
